Matt D. Browne, MAI, R/W-AC   |   Managing Director

Matt Browne is Managing Director of O’Brien Right of Way Valuation and has more than 25 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Browne enjoys serving clients by managing and executing multiple-parcel projects with the utmost efficiency and quality. Also, he has focused much of his career on litigation support and enjoys serving his clients as an expert witness in the Eminent Domain, DIV/Title Dispute, Bankruptcy, and other real estate spaces. He has extensive experience in testimony for Special Commissioners’ hearings as well as at the State and Federal trial level.  Mr. Browne has valued properties in Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.  Mr. Browne has a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Studies with a concentration in Finance and Appraisal from Marylhurst University. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 36.

The main properties that Mr. Browne has appraised include vacant land, multifamily, hotels/motels, professional/medical office buildings, industrial, retail, single family residential and self-storage properties. In addition to these properties, numerous other specialty use properties have also been appraised.
