Completed over 100 appraisals on the Springdale Bypass to West Wallis Road (Highway 112) project to support ARDOT.

Trinity River Authority of Texas: Sanitary Sewer Improvements; Tarrant, Denton, Dallas and Ellis Counties, Texas
Since 2016, we have completed over 150 appraisals and testified in several special commissioner’s hearings on various sanitary sewer projects across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Completed over 100 appraisals and provided litigation support for a large gas gathering and transmission project in the Midland Basin.

Atmos Energy Corporation’s Line S2 Project; Smith and Rusk Counties, Texas
Completed approximately 40 appraisals and provided expert witness testimony for partial acquisitions on a large natural gas pipeline project in east Texas.
