Description
Recently completed and in-progress on over 88 appraisals with whole and partial acquisitions involving both improved and unimproved properties for the Loop 820 Southeast Connector project in southeast Fort Worth.

TxDOT: F.M. 1585/Loop 88; Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas
Completed 121 appraisals with whole and partial acquisitions involving both improved and unimproved properties for the Loop 88 expansion project in south Lubbock.
2017-2020
TxDOT: U.S. Highway 175; Anderson and Cherokee Counties, Texas
Completed 127 appraisals with whole and partial acquisitions involving both improved and unimproved properties for a highway improvement project in these two counties.
2017-2019
City of Colleyville, Tarrant County, Texas
Completed 23 appraisals with partial fee acquisitions of improved properties including residential and commercial for the widening of Glade Road.
2016
Fort Worth Transportation Authority, Tarrant County, Texas
Completed 26 appraisals and appraisal reviews for the TEX Rail, a 27-mile commuter rail project running from downtown Fort Worth, northeast to Grapevine and then into the north entrance of the DFW Airport.

Midship Pipeline Company, LLC: Oil and Gas Pipeline Project; Multiple counties in central & southern Oklahoma
Description
Completed nearly 160 appraisals for partial acquisitions in multiple counties as part of a 200-mile Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) pipeline project in Oklahoma. This project is still ongoing.

Lubbock Power and Light; 69kV upgrade to 115kV, Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas
Completed approximately 45 appraisals for the City of Lubbock’s electric subsidiary, Lubbock Power and Light.
2018 – 2020
Texas - New Mexico Power Company; 138 kV Line Project; Collin County, Texas
Completed appraisals and provided expert testimony on 18 properties impacted by a 138 kV overhead power line.
2015 & 2020-Ongoing
Whistler Pipeline & Agua Blanca Pipeline (Whistler Extension); Multiple Counties in west & southwest Texas
Completed approximately 200 appraisals and provided expert witness testimony for 2 segments of a 650-mile natural gas pipeline project in west and southwest Texas.
2019 –2020
Atmos Energy Corporation’s Line S2 Project; Smith and Rusk Counties, Texas
Completed approximately 40 appraisals and provided expert witness testimony for partial acquisitions on a large natural gas pipeline project in east Texas.
