Senior Managing Director - Public & Electric Sectors
Gina Cannova is the Senior Managing Director-Public & Electric Sectors for O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, a full-service real estate consulting and appraisal firm. She has consulted on complex eminent domain assignments for all types of real estate throughout the country. She has also provided expert testimony in Special Commissioners hearings and trials throughout Texas. Prior to re-joining O’Brien Right of Way, Gina was the Senior Director within the Infrastructure Practice Group at Cushman and Wakefield, and prior to that she was the Managing Director for Transportation at O’Brien Right of Way Valuation. She also serves on the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Southlake, the Board for Chapter 36 International Right of Way Association (IRWA), the Board for the IRWA International Electric & Utility Committee and is an approved IRWA PEAK Instructor
Prior to joining O’Brien Right of Way Valuation in 2014, Ms. Cannova was an analyst with LandPro Valuation in Mesa, Arizona and Sell and Associates in Tempe, Arizona.
Ms. Cannova is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management. She is also Right of Way Appraisal Certified with the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and serves on the IRWA’s International Transportation Committee.
Currently, Ms. Cannova is an advanced candidate progressing toward obtaining her MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute.
