Jessica M. Farris | Director of Operations
Jessica M. Farris serves as Director of Operations for O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, a full-service right of way valuation firm. In her role, Mrs. Farris leads the company’s operational functions and supports the organization through strategic planning, team development, and process management. She is passionate about fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture centered on teamwork, growth, and exceptional client service.
Jessica oversees key areas of the organization including Human Resources, finance, project coordination, information technology, and day-to-day operational processes. Her leadership focuses on creating efficient systems, supporting team success, and ensuring clients receive a high level of service and communication throughout each project.
Prior to joining O’Brien, Mrs. Farris held leadership roles within an international technology retail organization, where she managed team operations, customer experience, staffing, onboarding, training, and employee development. Her background in both operations and people leadership provides a strong foundation for aligning organizational strategy with effective execution.
Mrs. Farris earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University.
