Jessica M. Farris | Chief People Officer/Director of Operations
Jessica M. Farris is Chief People Officer and Director of Operations for O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, a full-service right of way valuation firm. Mrs. Farris leads the team in developing and maintaining a collaborative and fun team culture. She also oversees the organization’s operations in finance, information technology, project management and Human Resources and development.
Prior to joining O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, Mrs. Farris was a Manager for an international technology retail store that provided technical support and training along with sales. As a Manager, Jessica provided HR support with staffing, on-boarding, and development, as well as leading the customer experience.
Mrs. Farris has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, from Dallas Baptist University in Dallas Texas.
