Wendy Garcia is the Office and Team Manager for O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, a full-service real estate consulting and appraisal firm. Ms. Garcia graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and International Studies, with an emphasis in Politics and Diplomacy. In her role, she coordinates key administrative and operational functions, including accounting administration, human resources support, compliance requirements, vendor management, and office operations that support the firm's day-to-day business activities.
Prior to joining O’Brien, Ms. Garcia spent more than six years in the legal industry, serving as an Executive Assistant at an international law firm in Dallas before advancing to Office Manager for a boutique law firm in Arlington. Her experience includes executive support, operational management, professional event planning, staff development, and process improvement. Throughout her career, she has developed standard operating procedures, implemented workflow enhancements, and trained teams to support organizational growth while maintaining a high standard of service.
