Chris B. Haller is an Sr. Analyst and Business Development Manager for O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, a full service real estate consulting and appraisal firm. Mr. Haller has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1999. He has experience in representing buyers and sellers of various types of real estate including retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings and land. He has also represented tenants and landlords in leasing office, industrial and retail space. Mr. Haller has also been involved with brownfields redevelopment from his experience as Development Partner and Principal with an environmental consulting firm.
Mr. Haller is a 1998 graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis.
Prior to joining O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, Mr. Haller was a commercial real estate broker with several commercial real estate firms in Fort Worth.
Mr. Haller is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is licensed as a Texas State Certified General Appraiser
