Erick F. Andrade | Director
Erick F. Andrade is a Director for O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, a full-service real estate consulting and appraisal firm. Mr. Andrade graduated from Texas Christian University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a double minor in Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, Mr. Andrade worked in the financial services industry.
Mr. Andrade has delivered professional appraisal services for a wide range of eminent domain projects across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, with a particular focus on oil and gas pipelines and electric transmission line projects. He has provided valuation expertise to municipalities and private sector clients and regularly supports complex litigation assignments requiring detailed analysis and expert appraisal insight. Mr. Andrade has also testified in eminent domain proceedings in numerous Special Commissioner’s hearings throughout Texas.
Mr. Andrade also holds a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) from the FAA, authorizing the commercial use of drones for capturing high-resolution imagery for commercial purposes. He regularly utilizes unmanned aerial systems (UAS) to capture high-resolution imagery and video to support valuation analysis, particularly for large-scale infrastructure projects and hard-to-access sites. This capability enhances field documentation, improves appraisal accuracy, and adds visual clarity to client deliverables.
Mr. Andrade is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser actively pursuing the Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) through the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
