Walker B. Kelly | Managing Director
Walker B. Kelly is a Managing Director with O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, a full service real estate consulting and appraisal firm. Mr. Kelly has completed appraisals for and consulted on various complex eminent domain assignments for all types of real estate. He has testified in eminent domain proceedings before numerous Special Commissioners hears in various counties throughout Texas. Mr. Kelly has also valued and consulted on properties in New Mexico and Oklahoma.
Mr. Kelly is 2012 graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
Prior to joining O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, Mr. Kelly was an Analyst with Korman O’Brien, LLC.
