Brian King is a senior finance executive with extensive experience in global financial reporting, operational excellence, and cross‑functional transformation. He has held leadership roles at Fortune 500 organizations including Alcon Vision, Novartis, KPMG, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), with a proven track record of leading large, complex finance organizations through periods of change and growth.
Mr. King has overseen global accounting, reporting, and shared services operations encompassing more than 700 employees worldwide. He has led large‑scale transformation initiatives that generated more than $20 million in cost savings while improving service quality and operational efficiency. His experience includes implementation of enterprise‑wide finance and expense management systems, process‑mining tools, and enhanced internal control frameworks to support accurate financial reporting and strong governance.
Prior to his executive roles in industry, Mr. King spent several years with KPMG LLP, where he served as an Audit Senior Manager providing assurance services to large public and private companies across multiple industries. He later joined the PCAOB as an Inspection Specialist, where he evaluated audit quality and compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
