Steven T. Murray, R/W-AC is a Director with O’Brien Right of Way Valuation. Mr. Murray’s infrastructure-related valuation and consulting experience spans across several states including Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Some of his past projects include new road construction, existing road widenings, interchange redevelopment, roundabout installation, high-voltage transmission line and pipeline easements, transferable development credit negotiations, bridge maintenance and emergency replacement projects, damage impact studies, and more.
Mr. Murray’s general valuation experience covers: agriculture, silviculture (timberland), and subdivision tracts; neighborhood, regional, and national shopping centers; professional and medical offices, dental clinics, surgery centers, outpatient centers, rehabilitation facilities, and regional hospitals; industrial manufacturing and distribution centers; self-storage facilities; multi-family developments such as apartment complexes, townhome and condominium developments, mobile home and RV parks; and special-use facilities such as religious centers, daycares, schools, and event centers.
Prior to joining O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, Mr. Murray was a Senior Director within the Infrastructure Practice Group for Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that, he was a Right of Way and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with Murphy Appraisal Services out of Southeast Louisiana. He also worked as a Staff Appraiser for both the Arkansas Highway Department and the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
