Jessica Shultz | Director
Jessica Shultz is a Director for O’Brien Right of Way Valuation, a full-service real estate consulting and appraisal firm. Ms. Shultz graduated from Texas Christian University in 2021 with a degree in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis. While in college, Ms. Shultz interned with the firm in various capacities.
Ms. Shultz has provided professional appraisal services for a wide range of eminent domain projects throughout Texas and Oklahoma, serving state, municipal, and private clients. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, projects for TxDOT, local municipalities, TRA, and pipeline companies. She also assists with complex litigation assignments requiring detailed valuation analysis.
In addition, Ms. Shultz holds a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107), authorizing the commercial operation of unmanned aerial systems (UAS). She regularly utilizes drone technology to capture high-resolution imagery and video in support of valuation analyses, particularly for large-scale infrastructure projects and hard-to-access properties.
Ms. Shultz is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is actively pursuing the Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) through the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
